Visit the ‘Our Products’ section and choose from our carefully curated bundles to rent. Alternatively, you can customise your own camping equipment bundle through the ‘Customise’ option. Once you've made your selection, head to the ‘Contact’ page to submit your details or add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout.Our team will get in touch with you within 12 hours to finalize your camping gear rental and ensure all your needs are met.
Sign Rental Agreement:
Once we confirm your order, you’ll receive a rental agreement to sign. After signing, make your payment, and your camping gear rental will be confirmed!Receive Helpful Camping Guides:
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation along with helpful camping guides and checklists. If this is your first camping trip, we’re here to answer any questions and send you clear instructions on how to set up your gear.We Deliver:
We’ll deliver your camping equipment the day before your reservation starts. This gives you ample time to pack your car and get ready for your adventure without any stress. We deliver to your home, hotel, or Airbnb – you choose!You Enjoy:
Now it’s time to head out and enjoy the beauty of Oman’s outdoors with your rented camping gear. Have a fantastic trip!We Pick Up:
After your trip, we’ll arrange a pickup for your gear the morning following your return. Please ensure the equipment is clean and dry before and in the same condition as it was handed to you.We Inspect the Equipment:
We have 3 business days to inspect the gear for any damages or losses. If any product is damaged, a repair cost will be charged. Should the equipment require extensive cleaning (such as soaking, scrubbing, stain removal, or dirt removal), a cleaning fee will apply. If the gear is returned late (i.e., unavailable for pickup on the agreed-upon date), a late fee will be charged based on the daily rental rate.
